Second time coming here and you’re getting an honest, transparent, open communication from the owner. Reasonably priced and they work fast! For both times, i’ve dropped off the car and got it back same day (this obviously applies to the type of job). But i would recommend this place to anyone who wants honesty and not a business that is into scamming people and making their customers pay double.

I started using RJ One Auto about 3 months ago for my Audi A4 (74k miles) and have been very impressed with Jose's work and honesty. Since then, I've had several major maintenance services performed, including transmission fluid, differential fluid, coolant, power steering fluid, steering shaft work, and other repairs. Jose always takes the time to identify the issue, explain the available options, discuss costs, and answer questions before moving forward. What really earned my trust was when I asked about replacing my fuel filter after reading online that it should be changed around 70k miles. Jose asked what fuel I use and told me that since I always use premium gas, he didn't think replacement was necessary yet. I insisted anyway and had the work done. Later, I cut open the old filter housing and found the filter inside was remarkably clean (see pictures; was also surprised Audi uses a Bosch filer). Jose was right, and I could have saved myself the expense if I had listened to him. Communication is excellent. Jose provides updates through Whatsapp and responds quickly when you ask for a status update, so you're never left wondering what's going on with your car. If you own a

I took my durango here last year. I waited to give a review because I wanted to see if they truly fixed the problem. I had the famous t.i.p.m. issue. The durango would randomly not start and I would have to pull the fuel pump fuse and wait for a bit just to get it started. I brought it to them, dropped off the car and I swear, by the time I got home they were already calling and we're already working on the car. By the next day they were done. He jose called me and not only told me they were finished but he explained everything in great detail and gave me an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend 👌

This was the first time I brought my car to this shop and the experience was excellent. I took it in for its regular service and because it had a noise that ended up being the axle. They were very professional, transparent, and fast, everything was ready in just one day. One thing I really appreciated was that before replacing any part, they sent me a video explaining exactly what was wrong with the car and why the change was recommended, which gave me a lot of confidence. José was very kind and honest throughout the whole process. He was always communicative and very flexible when it came to the payment method. I will definitely bring my car back here and highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a trustworthy and efficient mechanic.
